Delivery Information

1. We deliver All over Italy except Remote location and Restricted Place.Please note that we may decline your order in case shipping address is out of delivery service area.

4. Recipient may receive flowers that have fully or partially bloomed, or that are still in the grow stage.

The estimated delivery date you've chosen depends on the product's availability and the address you've specified for delivery. 99% cases, it will be delivered on the chosen day.Delivery timing may be rescheduled to an earlier or later date in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, Lockdown / Covid19 Precautions & Restrictions, bandh, courier issue or on any such conditions which is beyond our control.
6. Once ordered item has been dispatched, the delivery address can't be changed.
7. On rare occasions, items need to be substituted with similar type of items because of short-term or local supply issues.

9. If the delivered item is defective or damaged when, we will replace it at no cost. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged delivery.
